I love baking brownies, partly because it is a favorite of many as well. Took advantage of the store’s promotion- 1 litre of Baileys for only £7.99 and made little Baileys brownies for Sarah’s birthday celebration.
Used my all-time favorite basic brownies recipe and added Baileys into the batter and onto the cream cheese topping.
