The Ming Thing (TMT) Logo

A few months ago, I had the privilege to create a logo for TheMingThing. It was truly an honor to be entrusted with branding from the other side of the world. Ming Han is a very talented person and loves collaborating with many individuals. His recent video on Dato’ Lee Chong Wei caught the attention of the press and performed at Jayesslee LIVE in KL 2012 with Charis Ow. You can check what they are up to on their Facebook page or Youtube channel!

Ming Han requested something simple and typographically interesting using the acronym of TheMingThing. The finished logo is the uppercase letters ‘ T ‘ ‘ M ‘ ‘ T ‘, which also turns into a giant M.

Another version of it in lowercase – more casual.

    Hello Su Yen,
Hope this message finds you well.

My name is Ethan from Roots Asia Pacific. We are the PR team representing Adobe here in Malaysia.

Adobe has recently launched the Creative Cloud offering where it offers more than 30 of the latest Adobe desktop tools and software (like the Photoshop and Illustrator) within one wholesome package – ideal for creatives like yourself. It is a shift made by Adobe to enable professional-grade content creation and delivery across print, web, mobile apps, video and photography.

Understand that you do graphic designs and digital work, we would like to have you try out the Adobe Creative Cloud by providing a one-year subscription to the Creative Cloud. We hope you can then share your experience and thoughts on the product via your blog. It does not have to be too technical, but more of your take, experience and how it enhances the work you do.

Do let me know your thoughts on the above. Feel free to contact me if you need further clarification.
Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you and have a great weekend.
